(Hooksett, NH) – The latest from White Birch Brewing Co., courtesy of Thursday’s email blast…

On Friday, August 23, 2013 we are releasing another Small Batch Ale available at the brewery store only. We call this one Black Ice Tripel which is a Belgian Style Tripel aged on oak from Candia Vineyards‘ Black Ice dessert wine. There are only 66 bottles of this 11.0% abv beer.

Also next Friday, August 30, 2013 we’ll be releasing another small batch called Belgian Dark Ale. There are only 48 bottles of this 9.0% ale that was bottled in April of 2013 and aged at the brewery till now.

The store is open on Thursdays and Friday from noon to 7 p.m. and Saturday from noon to 5 p.m. Samples will be available on each Friday only because we just don’t have enough bottles to open more then a few.

Sap House Meadery collaboration release September 12th
Last year Ash from Sap House Meadery and Bill from White Birch got together to brew up a unique collaboration. After a long fermentation and extending conditioning this one-of-a-kind ale is ready to enjoy! Join us on Thursday, September 12, 2013 from 5-7 p.m. for a meet and greet with Ash and Bill as we release the next of our Small Batch Ales: Blueberry Maple Belgian Stout. Samples will be available and the guys will be happy to answer any questions and talk about the inspiration behind this unique offering.
