Goose Island Brewpub group expects to ink long-term Clybourn deal soon
The owner of the Goose Island brewpub is close to ending a feud with its landlord, nearing a new lease that would allow the Lincoln Park restaurant to stay open. It’s a reversal from June, when landlord CRM Properties Group Ltd. said it was breaking off negotiations with Goose Island for its 12,500-square-foot space in 1800 N. Clybourn St.
Eater reports that it would be a ten-year deal.
