I’m a brewer in California but made it out there just after you guys opened and thought the beers were great! I would really like to see you guys continue to brew beer…
The California model would be to go into a warehouse with low overhead, sell beer to off-site accounts and get your name out there until you get enough people coming to your tasting room/brewery. After that you can open up a secondary tasting room or something elsewhere.
