(Cooperstown, NY) – Brewery Ommegang unveiled its state-by-state release schedule for its new Game of Throne series beer, Take the Black Stout.

The news comes after some limited appearances at the brewery, at San Diego Comic Con and, for whatever reason, the state of South Carolina (six weeks or more before everyone else?).

The beer just landed in Nebraska, Indiana and Texas and will hit several more states over the next week. It should be available just about everywhere by the week of October 7th.

The company added some states recently to the schedule so if you don’t see your market, keep in mind that it may not be finalized.
