Fall Day IPA available in the Avery Tap Room starting on Wed. Oct 2nd at 5pm

Our newest entry into our seasonal IPA variants for the Avery Tap Room! We’ve already made a few batches of Summer’s Day IPA (spiced with tangerine peel) and Winter’s Day IPA (spiced with rosemary and dry hopped with Chinook hops), but this is our first-ever batch for fall!

We spiced this autumnal IPA with spruce tips hand-picked in southwest Colorado. Featuring a delightful hop nose and flavor, this special brew finishes with a big blast of piney awesomeness.

Eremita VI available in the Avery Tap Room starting on Fri. Oct 4th at 5pm

Eremita VI is the latest entry in our line of barrel-aged sours available only in the Avery Tap Room. Some of these experiments were blends of different beers from different barrels, and some were a single beer to which we added fruits or spices.

In this case, we had the perfect palette: a 7% ABV blonde barrel-aged sour with a nice lactic tang and an earthy Brettanomyces aroma. After weeks of trying out different fruits, we decided to add key limes.

This key lime-infused sour beer is sure to bring tropical thoughts to your chilly autumn days!

Our brewers are busy brewing the first installment of our Dictator Series, The Czar Imperial Stout, which will be available in bottles and on draft next month!

They’re also nearly ready to put a Dunkelweizen on tap, a dark Hefeweizen-style brew with huge banana notes!

Meanwhile, our Barrel Herders are experimenting with a Riesling grape wine/beer hybrid and a Cabernet Franc grape hybrid, both from Bookcliff Winery here in Boulder, so stay tuned for more developments from our Barrel-Aging Cellar!
