Press Release:

(Spokane, WA) Spokane-Style brewery, No-Li Brewhouse, bottles its No-Li Winter Warmer Ale in a re-designed 22oz bomber, launching their “No Boundaries” Series October 10th. No-Li Winter Warmer will be followed by another new beer style, currently in development, coming out in mid-January 2014.

No-Li plans to have a new special release every two to three months throughout the year, with the style of beers changing from one year to the next. This flexibility allows the brewery to continue pushing the envelope and staying creative in a craft beer market that is flooded with many of the same beer styles.

Inspiration for the “No Boundaries” Series comes from wanting to allow for creativity, and is a year-round evolution of what’s new at No-Li. This type of flexible beer-style and packaging doesn’t limit No-Li, and allows the brewery to take advantage of their brewing team’s talents.

“Our ‘No Boundaries’ series is a jumping-off point into wide open spaces and creativity in brewing, without the confines of seasons, weather patterns or holidays. No Boundaries is 100% recipe creation,” says Dylan McDonald, No-Li’s National Sales Manager.

Coming in at 35 IBUs, and 7.5% ABV, Winter Warmer is a deep ruby-red beer with a thick creamy-white head. The aroma is sweet and malty with contrasting citrus hop profiles from Columbus, Cascade and Chinook hops. The Munich and Crystal malts impart a sweet candy-like flavor, with fruity esters and a spicy hop contrast. The flavors run deep and long, showing distinctive nutty-malt flavors at the end. The beer is very smooth and soft on the pallet.

Winter Warmer Ale ships to distributors this Thursday, October 10th, and will be distributed in No-Li’s current markets, including Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Maryland, North Carolina and Ohio.
