(Parkesburg, PA) – Victory Brewing Co. wrote in to share what was new with its Parkesburg brewery construction and Kennett Square brewpub projects. More below…

In Parkesburg …

All utilities are running and our mill is now fully commissioned. Each of the grain silos, which are now ready to receive container shipments, are capable of storing four times the amount of grain as our silos in Downingtown.

Today, we will execute the next phase of our commissioning schedule and will brew two beers to completion, testing our yeast system and fermentation. This is a big milestone and we’re very excited.

Assuming progress continues at its current pace, and systems continue to function as expected, we’re targeting mid-December to move our bottling line.

Each milestone brings us closer to being able to share this experience with our fans, though we still don’t have an exact timeframe on that.

We’ll also be in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, on Friday at 3 pm to, together with the Kennett Realty Group, officially break ground on our new brewpub, Victory at Magnolia. We are still targeting a Q2 opening for that location.
