Aviator Brewing on pace for 10,000 bbls this year, up 250% from 2012

Aviator Brewing logo(Fuquay-Varina, NC) – Aviator Brewing is on pace to hit 20,000 10,000 barrels this year, up nearly 70% 250% from last year’s output of 12,000 4,000 barrels (per Brewers Association).

The company began a half-million dollar expansion earlier this year, increasing capacity to 20,000 barrels by year’s end and 40,000 barrels by the end of 2014.

That will make it one of North Carolina’s largest breweries.

The company celebrates its fifth-year anniversary on November 30th 2013 with an event featuring a small batch Rye-Nniversary Ale, special cask, and hop-infused ales.

  1. Hahaha that is a complete lie. Ill be surprised if they get 13000. I did a tour a few months back and the were not even to 8000 barrels.

  2. Thanks, reached out to the spokesman to see if they meant “capacity” instead of “production” and they wrote back confirming it was an error so I’ve modified the article.
