
Wisconsin Tavern League unlikely to support growler stations in ‘class A’ grocery stores
Two powerful special interest groups that control many of the ground rules for product availability in bars, taverns, liquor and grocery stores across the state are at odds over how available to make growlers of beer in Wisconsin.

Ah, after re-reading it more carefully, I’m left with the question, “what is the difference between a class A and class B license and why don’t grocers just get class B licenses instead?” I assume that there is something a class A licensee can do that a class B licensee can’t?
