Grand Teton Signature Series Amber returns anew, Lazy Marmot Maibock debuts

Grand Teton Amber Ale

Signature Series: Amber Ale

New brand name! New package! Same delicious taste! Amber Ale, formerly labelled and known as Teton Ale, was originally brewed in 1989. Amber Ale, our longest standing Signature beer, is a full-bodied, American-style amber with a rich copper color which comes from the roasted Amber and Munich malts. We use Cascade and Hallertauer Magnum hops to achieve the unique, fresh flavor and finish that is long and complex on the palate. After all these years, it’s a brewery and regional favorite. We hope you enjoy the beer’s new name and image. Amber Ale: a true beer drinker’s delight!

2014 Cellar Reserve Series

Lazy Marmot Maibock is our first cellar reserve of 2014. We used Idaho 2-Row Pale along with German Vienna and CaraHell malts for a clean, slightly sweet flavor, then subtly spiced the brew with German Tradition hops. We fermented with lager yeast from a monastery brewery near Munich, and allowed it to ferment and condition for more than three months for a smooth yet crisp character.

Lazy Marmot Maibock will be available February 15, 2014 in 1/2 and 1/6 bbl kegs and bottle-conditioned 750 mL cases.

If you are planning on buying a bottle, consider purchasing an extra to use in this delicious recipe.
