Beer Institute estimates January 2014 domestic tax paid shipments up 0.7%

(Washington, DC) – Today, the Beer Institute published an unofficial estimate of domestic tax paid by beer brewers:

The January 2014 domestic tax paid estimate is 13,800,000 barrels. January 2013 removals were 13,700,000 (revised) for an increase of 0.7 percent.

Please note the following monthly revisions from previous releases for 2012 and 2013:
