Major Brands to buy Missouri Beverage Co.
Liquor wholesaler Major Brands Inc. has agreed to acquire Missouri Beverage Co., a St. Louis-based distributor of wine, spirits and beer that had 2013 revenue of about $20 million. The deal, terms of which were not disclosed, is expected to close this fall.
