Mother's Brewing Co. logoPress Release:

(Springfield, MO) – Mother’s Brewing Company has once again partnered with The ALS Therapy Development Institute’s (ALS TDI) “Ales for ALS” 2014 campaign. After raising $2580.00 in 2013 through beer sales and donations, Mother’s hopes to match and surpass that amount in 2014. The 2014 campaign brings together 69 breweries from 22 states to help support The ALS TDI mission to discover and develop effective treatments for ALS, commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s disease. Ales for ALS is a unique craft brewery-based fundraising initiative created to accelerate drug development for ALS patients today.

As part of the program, Mother’s Brewing Company has received a special blend of experimental hops donated by Loftus Ranches and Hopunion. From these hops, Mother’s has brewed a special beer, an American Pale Ale, and will donate $1 from every pint sold out of their tasting room (215 S. Grant Ave, Springfield, MO) to ALS TDI.

“We are excited to partner with ALS TDI on such a great campaign that will bring an important cause to a wide audience,” says, Jeremy Wicks, Director of Sales and Marketing at Mother’s. “Mother’s is proud to stand with craft breweries across the nation and do our part to help.”

The beer is now avialable in Mother’s Tasting Room and will be sold until all of it has sold out.
