(Boston, MA) – The Brooklyn Brewery is back in Boston with four remaining Boston Mash events this weekend.
According to a media note sent out from the brewery, “The Brooklyn Brewery #BostonMASH tour returns to Boston Monday, June 15 to celebrate what’s next in food, film, comedy, beer and more. The Mash tour is the largest international traveling food, beer and arts festival, stopping in six U.S. cities, London, and Stockholm in 2015. Brooklyn Brewery is collaborating with local Boston-based chefs, entrepreneurs, artisans, craftsmen, artists, comedians, musicians and more to create one-of-a-kind entertainment experiences for the whole community to enjoy.
The weeklong series features exclusive dinners, film screenings and lots of craft beers. Boston Mash partners include: Found Footage Festival, Animation Block Party, Dinner Lab, Sam Adams, Harpoon, Ipswich Brewing and Mass Brewers Guild, Coolidge Corner Cinema, Hurricane O’Reilly’s, Somerville Theatre, KITCHENiNC and The Hawthorne.”

Eat Drink and Learn from Chef Andrew Gerson at Whole Foods Ink Block.
· What and Who: Brooklyn Brewery Chef Andrew Gerson will be holding forth at Whole Foods Ink Block, dispensing samples of food, beer and knowledge. Try a few beers, taste some samples, and dip into some special Cholula Hot Honey Sauce that you can make at home with 1 part Cholula Hot Sauce combined with 3 parts honey. You’ll be a beer-pairing expert in no time at all.

· What and Who: The premier animation festival of the East Coast, ABP is dedicated to exhibiting all genres of the world’s best independent, professional and student animation. Founded by Casey Safron, Animation Block Party brings together the best of Brooklyn’s and Boston’s animators with screenings followed by an audience Q&A. Boston Mash exclusives include – The Divide, from RISD graduate, Brent Sievers, (winner of best animated student short at Animation Block Party 2014) and new cartoons from Boston superstar studio, CloudKid and their creative director, Dave Schlafman.

What and Who: Once a historic New York tradition, expect bottomless pitchers of beer, heaping mountains of juicy steak cuts, and absolutely no utensils. All washed down to the baddest hillbilly proto-rockers from North of the Allegheny. It promises to be a gluttonous and raucous banquet of epic proportions. Featuring Brooklyn Brewery chef Andrew Gerson as MC.
