Hidden Cove Brewing Company out of Wells, Maine is featured on the December shirt. The beers out of Hidden Cove are a true treat and highly unique. With names like Bucko’s Hoppy Brown Ale, Booty Raspberry Golden Ale, or Derogation Sour Alicante Wine Grape Ale, the names on the bottles are just as intriguing as the liquids within. The brewers here aren’t afraid of adding flavors to the beers, either. To start, they grow their own hops right at the brewery, so the brewers know exactly what they are putting in the beers. From there, they blend together different complementing elements to perfect the taste. With combinations like jalapeno and apricot, burnt sugar and caramel, or clove and pepper, there is bound to be something new to try. They have a lot of different styles of beer, too, including American pale ales, IPAs, Belgians, summer ales, brown ales, and a stunningly large selection of barrel-aged brews. And they’re about to add another! On December 19th, Hidden Cove Brewing is releasing Berried Treasure, a sour beer flavored with blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries. This will be the fifth barrel-aged beer available from Hidden Cove Brewing to take home and enjoy.
