[Press Release:]
(Seattle, WA) – First brewed in 2012 for a limited time, Savant IPA (8% ABV) is making its triumphant 2017 return as the latest release in Elysian Brewing’s Manic IPA series, following Hubris IPA and Breakbeat IPA.
New Zealand-grown Nelson Sauvin hops are the star student of Savant IPA and responsible for the beer’s tropical aromas of passion fruit and citrus complemented by a light malt sweetness.
Savant IPA is available now through April in 22oz bottles and on draft in select U.S. markets such as California, Colorado, New York, Oregon and throughout Washington.
I bought one a few weeks ago, with the label shown above, and today I bought a second one, but the label is in “negative” mode and reverse image. Anyone know the story behind that?
I have the same 2 bottles and was wondering the same thing. Looks like 1 version has Sauvin hops and the other has Hallertau hops. Great beer either way!
